Happy Ephiphany and Taking the Dare

Happy Epiphany! This is the day we celebrate the Wise Men's visit to baby Jesus.  Wise men and women still seek Him.
I have taken the dare from Ann at her blog, A Holy Experience, to begin counting to 1,000 again, even though I haven't finished the first 1,000.  This time she has given specific things to focus on each day of the month. Just three things a day to make it from 1 - 1,000 this year. The link for the list is:  http://www.aholyexperience.com/2012/01/the-1-habit-your-new-year-cant-do-without-giveaway/

January 1: 3 things about yourself you are grateful for:

      1/226  I'm a survivor
      2/227  Being a good friend
      3/228  I'm a quilter

January 2: a gift outside, inside, on a plate

     4/229  My garden
     5/230  Heater
     6/231  Homemade bread

January 3: 3 lines you overheard that were graces

     7/232  I did a good job
     8/233  I'm smart
     9/234  I spoke eloquently

January 4:  one gift old, new and blue

    10/235  A quilt
11/236  Being the Quilt Guild Pres.
    12/237  New blue fabric line

     January 5: something you're reading, you're making, you're seeing

    13/238  People of the Mist
14/239  A quilt for my cousin
    15/240  My cat

January 6: one thing in your bag, your fridge, your heart

    16/241  Driver's license
    17/242  Ravioli
    18/243  My children/grandchildren

     Blessings, Deborah
